Every month, I empower you with practical strategies to cope with challenges such as starting with solids, picky eating, meal planning issues, and processed foods.
I am also your mirror, showing my vulnerability as a mother. I share my learnings, fears, life lessons, and pains. I’ll guide you through the inner work that needs exploration.
Together, we take a deep dive under the food pyramid, exploring your food history, but also food & weight myths ... resulting in less stress, fear, or anger around mealtimes.
